What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Payments are processed securely; your card statement will show ENCLAVEOUT DECOR.
What currency are prices in?
All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD), wherever you shop from.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payment details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers. Checkout is encrypted end to end.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery estimates and any duties are explained in our Shipping Policy.
When is shipping free?
Free US shipping applies to orders over $120. A flat rate applies below that, shown at checkout.
How are fragile items packed?
Ceramics, fountains and mirrors ship double-boxed with molded inserts. Transit damage is always covered by a free replacement or refund.
Returns
What's your return window?
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Full details — including how ceramics are handled — are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — including for ceramics.
Products & care
Are your pieces really made for outdoors?
Yes. We use UV-stable finishes, rust-resistant frames and washable textiles. Each product page lists materials and care, and notes anything to bring in over winter.
Are the designs original?
Every Enclaveout design is created in-house — abstract, geometric and nature-inspired. We never reproduce another artist's work or imitate other brands.
How do I care for ceramics and metal pieces?
Wipe ceramics clean and bring them in below freezing to protect the glaze; metal pieces develop a natural patina outdoors. See each product page for specifics.
