These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of enclaveout.shop and any purchase from ENCLAVE LUXURY OUTDOOR LIVING INC.(“Enclaveout”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

Enclaveout sells original, high-end outdoor decor — including ceramics, sculptural accents, mirrors, lighting accessories, fountains and textiles. Product descriptions, dimensions and colours are provided as accurately as possible; slight variation is inherent in handmade and glazed items.

2. Prices & currency

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown before you pay. Your card statement will show ENCLAVEOUT DECOR.

3. Orders & acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues) and will refund any amount charged. A contract forms when we confirm your order.

4. Payment & security

Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full card details. We may use fraud-prevention and verification tools, including 3-D Secure, to protect against unauthorised use.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe our or others' rights. Resale for commercial purposes requires our written agreement (see Trade & Bulk).

7. Intellectual property

All site content, product designs, imagery and the Enclaveout name and branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Our designs are original works; we likewise respect the intellectual property of others.

8. Product safety

Some items are fragile or have sculpted edges, glass, or low-voltage components. Please follow the safety notes on each product page and keep packaging away from children.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a product or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version.
